And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more.

This time the problem is manmade – but I offer no proof

MSNBC – Retreat of Antarctic ice shelves not new

In a typical “white-bread” science article provided by MSNBC, we have scientists casually making claims about current global conditions being manmade, but absolutely nothing stated or referenced proving it. This dizzying logic regurgitated by the left is mind-boggling fluff. Once the mantra is repeated enough times, it evidently becomes the truth to these people.

Their typical response to critics is to say that we’re denying that global warming is even happening, but that simply is not the case. We are just not convinced that the warming trends are even caused by humans, and are also doubtful that anything we might do will change this. Why are we skeptical, you might ask? Because no one offers any proof – that’s why. If these people offered any real proof that cutting my SUV miles in half will change the temperature of the earth, then maybe we’d have something now wouldn’t we?!

Now if you all don’t mind, I am going to go back into my bomb shelter to watch old re-runs of Karl Rove speeches and brush up on my latest rendition of Onward Christian Soldiers. You know, that Bill Moyers was so right about me and other Christians – what a writer he has turned out to be!
