A Critical Analysis Of My Pet Goat

This is really a giant crack-up. First, the Kerry campaign tries to wiggle free of any little reference to the Michael Moore “Pipeline in Afghanistan” crowd, then Kerry himself starts parroting probably the most insignificant piece of Moore’s F 9/11 film. Go ahead – it’s right there on Moore’s site. While you are there, have a look at the other unbelievable things this guy is saying. When you’re done, have a look at what Moore didn’t bother telling you.

“Had I been reading to children and had my top aide whispered in my ear, ‘America is under attack,’ I would have told those kids very politely and nicely that the president of the United States had something that he needed to attend to.” – John F Kerry

I just need to make sure I heard this right because Moore criticizes the President for 7 minutes of apparent inaction. The school’s principle ( a democrat) said otherwise, by the way.

Kerry was quoted recently as talking about his own response to the 9/11 attacks, but the math in question here shows that he and his fellow democrats were unable to act for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, Bush and Rove were able to read “My Pet Goat” and get into action in a mere 7 minutes. What multi-tasking, what grace under fire!

This is remarkable because I was starting to think Bush was a little slow on the trigger there for a minute….Based on this new discovery, there would have been a whole lot of really bored elementary kids waiting for Kerry to regain his composure after 40 minutes of tragedy induced stupor.

Oh the humanity!!!
